Want to personalize your own tumbler? We’re excited to offer custom engraving services on tumblers you send in! 🌟 Here’s how it works:

How It Works:

1. Choose Your Design:

   ✏️ Select one of our existing designs from our shop listings. Make sure to copy/paste the design name into the provided box on this page to ensure accuracy.

2. Provide Tumbler Details:

   🛠️ Enter the brand, model, size, and color of your tumbler in the designated box. This information helps us ensure the best engraving results and assists our team with keeping track of your tumbler in our shop.

3. Shipping Instructions:

   📦 Once you place your order, we’ll send detailed instructions for shipping your tumbler to us within 24 hours.
   🚚 You are responsible for the shipping costs to our facility. Your order will include the return shipping cost to send the completed tumbler back to you.

4. Laser Malfunction Policy:

   ⚠️ In the rare event of a laser malfunction, we will replace your tumbler at no additional cost with the same brand/model/size/color if available. If a replacement is not possible, we will return your original tumbler to you at no charge and issue a refund for the engraving service. Please note, the cost of shipping to our shop and the original cost of the tumbler are non-refundable.

5. Important Deadlines:

   ⏰ Your tumbler must be received within 7 days of your order date, or the order will be canceled.
   📬 After shipping, please provide us with the tracking number to avoid any shipping confusion.
