Each of our listings includes photos that feature one or more color charts, showing the available color options and their names. Due to limitations on the number of photos we can include in each listing, we typically showcase one or two colors to demonstrate the design, rather than displaying every available option. If you're interested in a specific color shown in the listing photo but are unsure of its name, we encourage you to message us for verification. We're happy to help you find the exact color you're looking for.

The engraving process itself typically takes an hour or less. However, many factors affect our processing time including volume of orders, current stock, etc. Please refer to the banner at the very top of every page for our current processing time.

The exact processing time for each order can vary due to several factors, including our current order load and whether we need to order your tumbler or have it in stock. If you need your order within a specific timeframe, we encourage you to message us beforehand to make special arrangements or to verify the processing window for your specific order. We take great care to ensure that every item leaving our shop is of the highest quality. However, we do not offer any warranties on our engraved products. It's important to note that the engraving process may void any existing manufacturer's warranty on the item. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer's warranty terms before opting for engraving, as we cannot assume responsibility for warranty-related issues.

All of our tumblers are dishwasher safe according to the manufacturer's specifications. While we personally put ours in the dishwasher without issue, we recommend hand washing to ensure the longevity of both the engraving and the tumbler itself. Hand washing is the best way to maintain the quality and appearance of your custom-engraved tumbler over time.

We offer multiple shipping speeds at checkout, with options displayed based on your shipping address. All of our items ship from Western Maryland. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 1-3 service days, though this timeframe is not guaranteed. We also ship internationally via USPS and UPS. If you don't see a specific shipping service or speed listed, feel free to message us, and we'll do our best to arrange a custom shipping option that meets your needs.

We strive to engrave all orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to make a change, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee that we'll be able to accommodate the change, we will do our best if the order has not yet been engraved. Your prompt communication is key to making this possible.

While we primary only list our most popular brands, Stanley and FrostBuddy, we also offer engraving on other brands as well. Send us a message and we'd be happy to work with you on engraving other brands or models.
