Custom Design Down Payment

To ensure commitment to your custom design order, we require a $25 down payment, which will be applied to the final cost of your order. This down payment secures your interest and allows us to dedicate the time needed to craft your custom design, as we do not charge for the design process itself. We aim to avoid spending time on designs that may not be ordered.

Once we receive your down payment, we will create a design mockup within approximately 7-10 days. You’ll receive this mockup for your review, during which you can request changes or adjustments to ensure it matches your vision. We value your satisfaction and will not move forward until you approve the final design.

After you approve the mockup, we’ll inform you of the remaining balance for your order. Once we receive the final payment, we’ll proceed with creating your custom tumbler. Typically, the completed product ships on the same day or the next business day after receiving the final payment.
